I just wanted to take the time (better late than never) to let you know what an enjoyable experience it was to have Pat on our side in buying our house in Cameron, NC. Pat Heath was professional throughout the entire process from the moment we called her to even 3 weeks after the sale. She explained in detail what we didn't understand, and made it a smooth transition for us. She was detailed, kind and caring about our needs.
