 In the real estate industry, like in just about everything else, “knowledge is power”.  The more you know about the buying and selling process, the better your chances of getting the home you want at a price you can live with, or if selling your home, realizing the most amount of money in the shortest time possible with the least amount of stress.  This is where I come in.  I pride myself on keeping abreast of local trends in the market, both locally and nationally.  I have seen the market in the best of times and I have seen the market in the worst of times.  I have lived in the area for more than twenty years, and although I know a lot about the area, I don’t claim to know everything.  At the pace things change, who can ever know everything?
