Tax information, public utilities and other local resources

In the real estate industry, like in just about everything else, “knowledge is power”. The more you know about the buying and selling process, the better your chances of getting the home you want at a price you can live with, or if selling your home, realizing the most amount of money in the shortest time possible with the least amount of stress. This is where I come in. I pride myself on keeping abreast of local trends in the market, both locally and nationally. I have seen the market in the best of times and I have seen the market in the worst of times. I have lived in the area for more than twenty years, and although I do know a lot about the area, I don’t claim to know everything. The one thing I can tell you is that if I don't know something, I will certainly research it and give you the best available information.
Knowing where to look for information is useful because it helps buyers, in particular, to make considered decisions about a property. Information about schools , for instance, can help buyers decide upon specific areas in which to look for a new home. Both buyers, sellers and investors will be interested in knowing where to find tax information as well as information on public utilities. That’s why I have compiled links in the left and right columns of this page to information about public schools, local colleges, utility companies, and government agencies that may be helpful to buyers, to sellers, to renters, or anyone seeking information about the local area.
